- 8 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1 just combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir. it's that simple!
