Rice Flour Crepes

Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rice flour
- 3 tablespoons rice flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe
- 1 put milk eggs salt sugar in blender blend.
- 2 add rice flour
- 3 blend.
- 4 with blender running add stream of melted butter.
- 5 let batter rest at least 1 hour
- 6 at room temp or 12 hours in frig
- 7 blend just before making as it tends to separate
- 8 heat skillet and put in a little butter pour in 1/4 cup batter and swirl around.
- 9 cook
- 10 repeat if you are going to freeze them put some wax paper between so they dont stick together.
