Ingredients
- 28 ounces simply potatoes rosemary & garlic red potato wedges
- 6 ounces asiago cheese
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
Recipe
- 1 prepare potatoes according to package instructions. smash or push through a ricer. fold in each ingredient while potatoes are hot/warm. serve warm and season to taste.
