Lamb Chops Royale

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 7
  • 7 pieces lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained and reserve syrup
  • 1/2 lb string bean, cut into 3 inch
  • pineapple syrup
  • soy sauce
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 marinate lamb chops for 1 hour.
  • 2 grill and brush with oil until brown; set aside.
  • 3 sauté garlic and onion in a skillet.
  • 4 pour water, salt and catsup.
  • 5 add lamb chops.
  • 6 simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.
  • 7 remove lamb chops from skillet.
  • 8 add and stir fry string beans in the same skillet.
  • 9 add 3 tbsp water and cook until tender; set aside.
  • 10 garnish each lamb chops with 1 sliced pineapple.
  • 11 place string beans on the side.
  • 12 pour sauce over meat and string beans.
