Marli's Tabouli

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup soaked cracked wheat (about 2 hours)
  • 2 -3 chopped green onions
  • 2 cups chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 -2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 drain bourghul and squeeze out excess water.
  • 2 in a large salad bowl combine bourghul, parsley, green onions, tomatoes and garlic- mix well.
  • 3 add olive oil, vinegar salt& pepper- taste and adjust flavour if neccessary.
