- 4 cups cooked rice (your choice)
- 1 cup corn niblets
- 4 tomatoes, chunked
- 1 small english cucumber, chunked
- 1 (14 ounce) can black olives (pitted)
- 1 small red onion
- 1 bunch radish
- 4 green onions
Recipe
- 1 cook rice and cool.
- 2 chop or chunk veggies and add in to rice.
- 3 drizzle with your favorite oil based dressing. i like sesame for a sweet asian type taste.
