Rice Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups cooked rice (your choice)
  • 1 cup corn niblets
  • 4 tomatoes, chunked
  • 1 small english cucumber, chunked
  • 1 (14 ounce) can black olives (pitted)
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 bunch radish
  • 4 green onions

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice and cool.
  • 2 chop or chunk veggies and add in to rice.
  • 3 drizzle with your favorite oil based dressing. i like sesame for a sweet asian type taste.
