- 1 cup yogurt, preferably whole milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh minced
- salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice (to taste)
