Light Asian Vermicelli

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup daikon radish, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons pickled ginger

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 1/4 cup mirin
