Oriental Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

- 2 (13 3/4 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/3 cup sliced celery
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup drained sliced water chestnuts
- 4 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (7 ounce) package frozen pea pods
- scallion, curls for garnish
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan, combine first 6 ingredients. bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
- 2 add mushrooms and pea pods. simmer 2 minutes.
- 3 garnish with scallion curl and serve.
