Palitaw

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet rice flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 mix rice flour and ½ cup water well.
  • 2 form into small balls and flatten with fingers to form into ovals.
  • 3 boil 1 ½-quart in a pot.
  • 4 drop in boiling water 2 at a time.
  • 5 skim when they float and drop in cold water.
  • 6 drain and roll in mixed grated coconut and sugar.
  • 7 serve right away.
