- 1 1/2-2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dry cooking sherry
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- chopped fresh chives
Recipe
- 1 preheat broiler. broil chicken wings about 5 minute per side. transfer chicken to slow cooker.
- 2 combine onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, ginger and garlic in large bowl. add to slow cooker; stir to combine. cover and cook on low for 5-6 hrs or on high 2-3 hours sprinkle with chives.
