- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- garlic powder
- lemon juice
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 small onion
- 4 cups cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 season lamb chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and brown, drain pot.
- 2 simmer lamb chops, soy sauce, and water, with lemon juice and onion till tender.
- 3 serve over rice.
