Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup scallion
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil or 1 tablespoon chili oil
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a medium sized skillet over meduim heat.
- 2 add eggs and scallions.
- 3 use a wisk to move cooked eggs to side of skillet.
- 4 once all eggs are in the pile serve hot.
- 5 if you would like harder eggs break the pile and cook until eggs reach desired consistency.
