Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 finely chopped scallion
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
- 2 serve as a dipping sauce for tofu, potstickers, dumplings or egg rolls.
