Scallion-ginger Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 finely chopped scallion
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
  • 2 serve as a dipping sauce for tofu, potstickers, dumplings or egg rolls.
