Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 100 g lamb, slice - 8 slices
- 1 piece gingerroot
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sake (liquor)
- 1 tablespoon mirin (sweet sake used as seasoning)
Recipe
- 1 mix everything together execpt the lamb (grate the ginger into the mix).
- 2 soak the lamb for 10 minutes.
- 3 put some oil in a frying pan and brown the lamb remove from the pan.
- 4 add the remaining sauce to the now empty pan and boil for a couple of seconds.
- 5 add the lamb and mix for a while.
