Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons yellow moong and urad dal paste
- 2 tablespoons potatoes, peeled,boiled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- oil, to fry
Recipe
- 1 put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the oil.
- 2 knead well using your palms.
- 3 make into small round balls (pakoris).
- 4 heat oil in a broad pan.
- 5 drop by tbsps.
- 6 into the oil.
- 7 deep fry till golden brown.
- 8 serve with mint chutney.
