Moong Ki Pakori

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 4 tablespoons yellow moong and urad dal paste
  • 2 tablespoons potatoes, peeled,boiled and diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro
  • oil, to fry

Recipe

  • 1 put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the oil.
  • 2 knead well using your palms.
  • 3 make into small round balls (pakoris).
  • 4 heat oil in a broad pan.
  • 5 drop by tbsps.
  • 6 into the oil.
  • 7 deep fry till golden brown.
  • 8 serve with mint chutney.
