Moo Goo Gai Pan

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1 lb chicken, sliced
  • oriental vegetables
  • soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, plus more
  • cornstarch, if needed (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a pan.
  • 2 add the crushed garlic, heat til garlic is brown, then remove garlic.
  • 3 add chicken and cook til brown.
  • 4 add veggies, soy sauce, & 1/2 cup of chicken broth, and cook til veggies are tender.
  • 5 mix 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1 tb. corn starch.
  • 6 add mixture to chicken and veggies to thicken.
  • 7 add additional corn starch to thicken sauce if needed.
  • 8 serve.
