Saffron Cups

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 pinches saffron (kesar)
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 heat kesar in a small bowl on a very low flame, rub in a little warm water until the kesar dissolves.
  • 2 add lemon juice and sugar and mix.
  • 3 add in 3 cups of water and mix well.
  • 4 put into 6 glasses and add 2 ice cubes per glass and serve.
