Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 pinches saffron (kesar)
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 12 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 heat kesar in a small bowl on a very low flame, rub in a little warm water until the kesar dissolves.
- 2 add lemon juice and sugar and mix.
- 3 add in 3 cups of water and mix well.
- 4 put into 6 glasses and add 2 ice cubes per glass and serve.
