P'at Lassi (indo-korean Yogurt Drink)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup canned sweetened azuki beans (paste is ok, use a bit less)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 400 g sweetened plain yogurt
- 1 cup rice milk or 1 cup soymilk or 1 cup skim milk
- water (optional)
Recipe
- 1 pour all ingredients into a blender, starting with the beans at the bottom.
- 2 blend thoroughly, making sure beans are chopped up and well incorporated.
- 3 if the mixture is too thick, blend in small amounts of water until desired thickness is reached.
