Korokke

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb potato
  • 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • panko breadcrumbs
  • flour

Recipe

  • 1 peel potatoes, cut into chunks and boil until soft.
  • 2 mash potatoes.
  • 3 mince onion, place in a frying pan and saute.
  • 4 add ground beef to onions and continue to saute.
  • 5 remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and stir well.
  • 6 form into flat, oval-shaped pieces.
