Ingredients

- 1 lb potato
- 1/4 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
- panko breadcrumbs
- flour
Recipe
- 1 peel potatoes, cut into chunks and boil until soft.
- 2 mash potatoes.
- 3 mince onion, place in a frying pan and saute.
- 4 add ground beef to onions and continue to saute.
- 5 remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and stir well.
- 6 form into flat, oval-shaped pieces.
- 7 coat each piece in flour.
- 8 dip in beaten egg.
- 9 coat entirely in panko.
- 10 fry in 350 degree oil until browned.
