Mango And Porridge Smoothie

Ingredients

- 50 g mangoes
- 50 g california grapes
- 50 g yoghurt
- 100 ml milk
- 25 g porridge oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
Recipe
- 1 firstly, place the oats and milk in a small saucepan.
- 2 mix well and allow to come to a boil.
- 3 simmer for two minutes.
- 4 now, transfer the porridge to a liquidiser or a food processor.
- 5 add mangoes and yoghurt.
- 6 fold in some ice cubes as well.
- 7 blend until smooth.
- 8 cut the grapes into quarters and garnish the smoothie with them.
- 9 serve immediately and have fun sipping this delicious smoothie!
