Mango And Porridge Smoothie

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 50 g mangoes
  • 50 g california grapes
  • 50 g yoghurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 25 g porridge oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe

  • 1 firstly, place the oats and milk in a small saucepan.
  • 2 mix well and allow to come to a boil.
  • 3 simmer for two minutes.
  • 4 now, transfer the porridge to a liquidiser or a food processor.
  • 5 add mangoes and yoghurt.
  • 6 fold in some ice cubes as well.
  • 7 blend until smooth.
  • 8 cut the grapes into quarters and garnish the smoothie with them.
  • 9 serve immediately and have fun sipping this delicious smoothie!
