- 1 (6 ounce) package whole portabella mushrooms or 1 (6 ounce) package sliced portabella mushrooms
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- garlic salt
Recipe
- 1 slice green peppers into 1/2 inch strips. in a large skillet heat oil.
- 2 add sliced mushrooms,peppers and onions.
- 3 saute until tender.
- 4 add teriyaki sauce and garlic salt to taste.
- 5 serve as a side dish or appetizer.
