Portabella Sizzling Saute

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (6 ounce) package whole portabella mushrooms or 1 (6 ounce) package sliced portabella mushrooms
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • garlic salt

Recipe

  • 1 slice green peppers into 1/2 inch strips. in a large skillet heat oil.
  • 2 add sliced mushrooms,peppers and onions.
  • 3 saute until tender.
  • 4 add teriyaki sauce and garlic salt to taste.
  • 5 serve as a side dish or appetizer.
