Ingredients

- 2 lbs fresh spinach, stemmed and coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 stir the sauce ingredients together.
- 2 heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok.
- 3 add the greens and stir fry until tender (don't overcook!).
- 4 pour off the excess liquid.
- 5 toss the greens with the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
