Korean Greens

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs fresh spinach, stemmed and coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 stir the sauce ingredients together.
  • 2 heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok.
  • 3 add the greens and stir fry until tender (don't overcook!).
  • 4 pour off the excess liquid.
  • 5 toss the greens with the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
