Lime Juice Yin-yang

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 small lime wedge

Recipe

  • 1 place a spoonful of salt on one side of a small condiment dish.
  • 2 place a spoonful of pepper on the other side.
  • 3 squeeze the lime juice over the space in between.
  • 4 use a chopstick to mix salt and pepper into the juice to make a paste.
  • 5 use whatever proportion of salt and pepper you prefer.
