Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 small lime wedge
Recipe
- 1 place a spoonful of salt on one side of a small condiment dish.
- 2 place a spoonful of pepper on the other side.
- 3 squeeze the lime juice over the space in between.
- 4 use a chopstick to mix salt and pepper into the juice to make a paste.
- 5 use whatever proportion of salt and pepper you prefer.
