Ingredients
- 1/2 sprig fresh mint or 1/2 sprig dried mint
- 1/2 sprig fresh sage (whole)
- 2 ceylon tea bags
Recipe
- 1 let mint and sage boil in a teapot full of water.
- 2 once boiling point is achieved add two tea bags.
- 3 dont let tea get too strong or dark.
- 4 add sugar as desired.
- 5 pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!
