Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar snap peas
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 squash, diced
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 precook sugar snap peas in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- 2 heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 3 add vegetables and cook until carrots are desired tenderness, 5-10 minutes.
- 4 add salt, stir, and serve.
