Stir-fry Veggies For Any Asian Dish

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar snap peas
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 squash, diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 precook sugar snap peas in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  • 2 heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 3 add vegetables and cook until carrots are desired tenderness, 5-10 minutes.
  • 4 add salt, stir, and serve.
