Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb meat
- 3 cups assorted fresh vegetables
- 1 1/2 cups stir-fry sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet or wok, in 1 tbsp oil -- stir fry meat until no longer pink --
- 2 remove from pan -- set aside.
- 3 stir fry vegetables in remaining oil 2-3 minutes -- add meat and stir fry sauce. cook an additional 5-10 minutes.
- 4 may also marinade in stir fry sauce for additional flavor.
