Korean Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 5 lbs chicken wings
- 1 -2 cup flour
- oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup mild soy sauce (don't use kikkoman, it will be too salty!)
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 3 stalks green onions, minced
- 1 hot chili pepper, crushed
Recipe
- 1 heat oil for deep frying, usually 375°f.
- 2 mix together sauce ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
- 3 roll wings in flour and deep fry. when golden brown, remove from oil and immediately dip in sauce. lift out right away, don't soak it!
