Korean Chicken Wings

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 -2 cup flour
  • oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup mild soy sauce (don't use kikkoman, it will be too salty!)
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 3 stalks green onions, minced
  • 1 hot chili pepper, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil for deep frying, usually 375°f.
  • 2 mix together sauce ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
  • 3 roll wings in flour and deep fry. when golden brown, remove from oil and immediately dip in sauce. lift out right away, don't soak it!
