Sauteed Apple, Onion N' Bell Pepper

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 7 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup apple, finely chopped (granny smith or any green one)
  • 1 cup spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 put butter to melt in a flat bottomed pan.
  • 2 let it go hot a little.
  • 3 take care not to burn the same.
  • 4 add all the chopped ingredients and increase the heat to the highest.
  • 5 while you see juices oozing out, add salt and black pepper powder.
  • 6 keep sauteeing on high heat for around 4-5 minutes.
