Sauteed Apple, Onion N' Bell Pepper

Ingredients

- 1 cup apple, finely chopped (granny smith or any green one)
- 1 cup spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 put butter to melt in a flat bottomed pan.
- 2 let it go hot a little.
- 3 take care not to burn the same.
- 4 add all the chopped ingredients and increase the heat to the highest.
- 5 while you see juices oozing out, add salt and black pepper powder.
- 6 keep sauteeing on high heat for around 4-5 minutes.
- 7 let the edges go brown a little.
- 8 remove from heat and serve warm with breads or steamed rice.
