Spicy Asian Wings

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh peeled ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 lbs chicken wings, tips removed

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium sized bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, honey, oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and black pepper.
  • 2 add chicken wings and turn to coat.
  • 3 marinate covered in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight.
  • 4 heat oven to 450°f.
  • 5 place wings on rack in broiler pan.
  • 6 roast for 30 minutes.
  • 7 to crisp skin if desired,increase oven temperate to broil.
  • 8 broil wings for 1-2 minutes or until skin is crisp.
