New England Kedgeree

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups flaked cooked fish
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients to the hot rice and reheat for a few minutes.
  • 2 serve at once.
