- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 lb lean ground beef
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees f.
- 2 in a large bowl combine all ingredients except the beef and then add the beef and mix well.
- 3 form into 1" balls and arrange on a lightly oiled baking dish.
- 4 bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
- 5 serve with toothpicks.
