Mini Meatballs With Asian Flavors

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 lb lean ground beef

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees f.
  • 2 in a large bowl combine all ingredients except the beef and then add the beef and mix well.
  • 3 form into 1" balls and arrange on a lightly oiled baking dish.
  • 4 bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
  • 5 serve with toothpicks.
