Microwave Spiced Rice

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces basmati rice
  • 7 ounces cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 5 ounces frozen peas
  • 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons korma paste

Recipe

  • 1 in a large heatproof bowl, combine the rice, cauliflower, peas, broth and curry paste.
  • 2 cover with plastic wrap, pierce a few times and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. stand for 5 minutes then season to taste.
  • 3 stir and serve.
