- 8 ounces basmati rice
- 7 ounces cauliflower, cut into small pieces
- 5 ounces frozen peas
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons korma paste
Recipe
- 1 in a large heatproof bowl, combine the rice, cauliflower, peas, broth and curry paste.
- 2 cover with plastic wrap, pierce a few times and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. stand for 5 minutes then season to taste.
- 3 stir and serve.
