Pad Thai Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 12 ounces vinegar
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 8 ounces fish sauce, tiparos
  • 4 ounces zinfandel

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and boil for 10 minutes.
  • 2 will keep in refrigerator for up to a month.
