Ingredients

- 1 cup low-fat lime yogurt or 1 cup lemon yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped lychees
- 1 fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 6 ice cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, ground into fine powder

- 1 blend all in a blender till smooth and frothy.
