Chai

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 1 inch gingerroot, crushed
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 pour water in pan.
  • 2 crush cardamom pods and ginger and then add to cold water.
  • 3 bring spiced water to a boil. remove from heat and add tea bags. allow mixture to steep for several minutes and then remove tea bags.
  • 4 add milk and sugar to spiced tea.
  • 5 reheat and serve.
