Persian Yogurt Drink (doogh)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 cup carbonated water
  • 1 teaspoon salt (you colud put as much you like)

Recipe

  • 1 first soften the yogurt and put it in the cup you want to use.
  • 2 then, add your desired amount of salt.
  • 3 finally add your carbonated water, then mix with spoon until smooth.
  • 4 then its ready to drink and its usually served cold or with some ice cubes.
