Sauteed Fish With Thai Coriander-chili Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, minced
  • 1/4 onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb tilapia fillet
  • olive oil
  • lemon wedge
  • chopped cilantro
  • 2 cups steamed rice

Recipe

  • 1 combine bell pepper, onion, cilantro, sugar, chili-garlic sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, and oil in a small bowl. set aside.
  • 2 saute tilapia in oil (or grill if preferred) until cooked through. serve immediately, topped with sauce. garnish with lemon wedges and chopped cilantro. serve with steamed rice.
