Grilled Squid

Ingredients

  • 500 g cleaned squid
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 7 tablespoons fish sauce, dip
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped lemongrass
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 rub the squid with salt and rinse.
