Rice Milk

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 cups warm water
  • 1 cup cooked rice ( or brown)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • 2 let the milk set for about 30 minutes, then without shaking, strain the milk into another container such as a large glass jar.
  • 3 if you want to flavor it, just use your desired powdered drink mix.
  • 4 yield is about 4-4/12 cups.
