Russian Ploff

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 600 g chicken
  • 60 g carrots
  • 15 g green onions
  • 400 g rice
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 steam meat (anykind) until almost done, throw in onions and carrots, steam until tender, pour in rice on the meat and pour water over it so that it covers the rice and meat about 1 to 2 cm.
