S/d.broccoli Stir Fried Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 ounces broccoli stems, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions and garlic till just coloured.
  • 2 add the spices and cook for 1 minute.
  • 3 add coconut milk and water bring to the boil.
  • 4 add the broccoli and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 5 add the tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.
  • 6 add salt to taste.
