Ginger Soy Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup v 8 vegetable juice
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry

Recipe

  • 1 in covered jar, combine all ingredients. shake until well blended. cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.
  • 2 when ready to use, shake again. serve over salad greens or pasta salads.
