Ingredients
- 3/4 cup v 8 vegetable juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
Recipe
- 1 in covered jar, combine all ingredients. shake until well blended. cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.
- 2 when ready to use, shake again. serve over salad greens or pasta salads.
