- 20 garlic cloves
- 1 cup olive oil (not extra virgin)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 -3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash cayenne
Recipe
- 1 chop garlic in the food processor add salt lemon juice and cayenne and mix.
- 2 then emulsify the oil into garlic to desired consistency.
