Ingredients

- 2 cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- salt & pepper
- to taste paprika
Recipe
- 1 combine cucumbers with yogurt in a bowl.
- 2 fry cumin in a dry pan for 1 minute until fragrant, then add to yogurt mixture with the ginger.
- 3 season with salt and pepper.
- 4 place in a bowl and dust with paprika.
- 5 serve chilled.
- 6 can be refrigerated up to 2 days.
